We have developed some of the most innovative models in the sector including our Price Per Property (PPP) model which builds up a fixed PPP through a list of inclusion and exclusions. As well as managing out the inherent waste other models create it provides complete transparency in how the service provider builds up its PPP.
Clients using our 4-star gas model have benefitted from a reduced number of response repair visits to properties and calls from residents. The model also enables improved budget certainty, with the ability to maximise boiler warranties and reduction to the risk element of pricing breakdowns, with the service margin recycled back into the replacement cost.
