This team has operational responsibility for the management of all echelon projects, acting as the key point of liaison with clients and coordinating the activities of the wider echelon team. The team has a key role to support the Board in ensuring projects run smoothly and to often-tight client deadlines, proactively seeking solutions to address challenges along the way. The project management team is also responsible for the administration of echelon’s own dedicated procurement portal.
As well as being the primary point of contact for clients, this team has a wider role in assisting clients to communicate and engage with their stakeholders through all stages of a project. The team works with clients in the early stages of each project to develop stakeholder engagement plans and can help deliver activities within it such as consultation with residents.
Responsibility for the echelon Group marketing and communications functions is also delivered via the team, including all corporate and promotional collateral, management of echelon’s online media platforms and promoting the annual echelon conference plus its attendance at other industry events.
The team has a role in supporting the Board in developing and winning new business for the consultancy, identifying potential opportunities and bidding for those, to sustain our ongoing growth.
