echelon has developed some of the most innovative models in the sector, including its Price Per Property (PPP) and 4* gas models, to drive efficiency and new ways of working.  We have won numerous awards in recognition of our approach, including most recently the 2017 Housing Innovation Award for “Most Innovative Consultant”.

We are widely regarded as a best practice leader, having co-authored several publications including the “National Housing Federation Contract Management Guide” that provides advice on all aspects of contract management, including procurement. We also recently co-authored (with HACT and Trowers and Hamlins) the “Social Value & Procurement” Toolkit, to guide organisations through delivering meaningful impacts in their communities through procurement.

Our Procurement Best Practice Guide and Toolkit

echelon has two well-established industry groups: the Asset Management Improvement Partnership (AMIP) and its Contractor equivalent (CAMIP). They were formed to encourage benchmarking, innovation and the sharing of best practice. The groups meet quarterly, sometimes jointly, to consider topical issues, share ideas and network.

echelon has worked in partnership with members of AMIP and CAMIP to create a Procurement Best Practice Guide and Toolkit. It aims to help organisations to successfully navigate the procurement process, offering practical support and highlighting examples of best practice within the sector. Download your free copy here.
