Interim Management
echelon employs a highly skilled and experienced workforce of directly employed staff and Associates who between them have over 200 years of Client and/or Contractor side experience. Uniquely, echelon does not employ traditional Consultants instead drawing experts from within the Sector into the business.
This skills base allows us to offer our Clients a wide choice of Senior Interim Management solutions to assist them as required. A selection roles that we have recently provided Interim Managers for are as follows:-
- Head of Technical Services
- Head of Asset Management
- Direct Works Manager
- Head of Repairs
- Mobilisation Co-Ordination Manager
These placements have been either on a part time or fixed term basis and we have a flexible approach to fee rates dependant on the circumstances and duration of the project.
As with the other services we offer, we have taken a slightly different approach in the way in which we undertake Interim Management placements. When a Consultant is placed within a Client Organisation, one of our Directors acts as a external Line Manager to that Consultant and provides a direct contact point to the Client Organisation at no additional cost.
