The key to our success in developing Performance Management models is to ensure that all stakeholders involved in the delivery of the project are fully engaged in the development and subsequent management of performance data with an emphasis on only measuring what is important to the project.
It is important to emphasise that KPI's are there to measure the performance of the project as a whole, rather than being used as a weapon between Client and Contractor and as such a holistic approach to Performance Management is adopted.
