Pamela Graham 

Background

Prior to joining echelon, Pamela has over 15 years experience in the Customer Service environment, having worked in the Public Sector and most recently having spent the years working in the Construction Industry for a National Contractor operating solely in the Social Housing Sector. Pamela has amassed a wealth of experience assisting key stakeholders to achieve their investment programmes and establishing and working alongside Resident groups.

Skills

Pamela has a highly developed understanding of Tenant and Resident related issues. Her key skills include extensive experience of working with a diverse range of clients and their customers, interpreting their needs and aspirations and assisting them in turning these into achievable objectives. Pamela is an accomplished facilitator enabling key stakeholders to work collaboratively.

Pamela has played a key role in the successful completion of a number of Constructing Excellence Demonstration Projects.

Role

Pamela has joined as a Consultant to assist Client and Customers in identifying strategic aims and objectives and to engage with customer and resident groups, to formulate and shape services their needs and aspirations and reflect best practise. Pamela will therefore be engaged in procurement and service development.

Outside echelon

Pamela 'loves' the great outdoors, whenever possible she is either walking, camping or cycling. She is an accomplished water skier and golfer and she also enjoys swimming and aerobics.
