David is a Chartered Project Management Surveyor with nearly thirty years experience in Construction and Property as Client and Consultant, including maintenance and facilities management of in-house and Consultant teams dealing with varied estates, including infrastructure, education, care homes and housing. The last 10 years have been focused on procuring and managing the delivery of regeneration and housing works.

David deals directly with Clients, their staff, Consultants and Contractors, involved in planning, procuring, mobilising and delivering works and services, typically acting in an interim management capacity.

Outside echelon

Formerly a Major in the Territorial Army (Royal Engineers), David has an interest in Modern art, West Ham United and cycling his Brompton bike whenever time allows. The proud owner of a Finnish Spitz bitch, which has had its first litter of puppies this year, David enjoys country walks with his wife and dog and taking his dog to the occasional show, including Crufts in 2009.
