Background

Prior to joining echelon as Project Coordinator, Sarah had worked in the Social Housing sector for over 20 years, specialising in Housing Management. Sarah has massed vast experience of Housing Management  including, Management of Staff, Tenancy Management Letting of Properties, Asset Management/Void Control, Working with Vulnerable Customers, Team Planning, Business Continuity, Recruitment and Selection and Budget Control. Sarah has joined echelon at project level and will support consultants directly on all projects when required.

Skills

Sarah has a vast knowledge of social housing, including the dynamic between the conflicting issues of the Housing Management function and the Maintenance Service. Sarah has proven ability to work with staff at all levels to ensure a positive outcome, KPI’s top quartile performance and excellence in customer service. Sarah has a team based approach, a strong communicator and works in an inclusive capacity to develop staff to their full potential. 

Role

Sarah joined echelon as a Project Coordinator and in this role will provide hands -on support to all the consultants in delivery of their projects.  Sarah will use her experience in Customer Service to promote echelon at a high level both internally and externally through effective communication. Sarah will attend and represent echelon at conferences, exhibitions, workshops, meetings and working groups.

Outside echelon

Sarah is a keen supporter of a local youth football team based in St Albans - Harvesters South. Her son plays for this team and Sarah enjoys watching them, Sarah also enjoys the social aspect of chatting to other parents; she rarely knows the score, or the rules of the game, although of late the team are doing very well. Sarah loves her garden and is a keen gardener, she loves to entertain at home and socialise out in St Albans. She loves her family and enjoys spending time with them.
