Background

Aaron has over 10 years experience in the repairs and maintenance industry as Client and Contractor. 8 years of this experience has been working in the Social Housing Sector as a Client in several roles. As a contractor leading a team, Aaron was responsible for the mobilisation of all new contracts as well as KPI development and implementation, project health checks, process mapping and developing and sharing best practice.

Skills

Aaron has in depth knowledge of the Social Housing Sector. A key skill is the facilitation of business process mapping workshops and the re engineering of these processes to challenge all parties to maximize efficiency and reduce duplication and waste. Aaron is also an experienced Project Manager specialising in the mobilisation of repairs and planned maintenance contracts.

Role

Aaron joined echelon as Director and will lead on the strategic review and implementation phases of projects, including process mapping and business improvement modelling.

Aaron will also provide support on development of IT with our Clients and brings unrivalled knowledge of implementing new IT systems from both Client and Contractor perspectives.

As well as providing a strategic role, Aaron also provides hands-on support to the other Consultants and is responsible for overseeing all project management through active engagement with the client throughout the process.

Outside echelon

Outside echelon Aaron enjoys walking and the outdoors especially in the Lake District and in the countryside in the Midlands. His two Labradors keep him very busy.
