Nicky Hastie has given birth to a baby boy, weighing 8 llb 9 oz. Logan arrived on Saturday 10th October 2009 at 9.51am.
Both mother and baby and doing very well and echelon can't wait to get Nicky back !

Following the submission of a detailed tender and interview, Beechdale Community Housing Association located in Walsall have engaged echelon to provide consultancy support for the procurement of a number of services that will start on site in April 2010.
Look Ahead Housing & Care - August 2009

We are pleased to have been selected to work with Look Ahead Housing & Care to procure a number of services in regions across London and Berkshire.
The works include repairs and voids, cleaning, grounds maintenance and cyclical works.

Matrix Housing Partnership – July 2009

Following the successful mobilisation and first year of delivery of the Matrix Integrated Asset Management Service, echelon have been engaged to provide ongoing support for the remaining 9 years of the contract. This will include assuming a central cost control role and will also focus on encouraging new members to the group.
Rosebery Housing Association – July 2009

echelon have been selected by Rosebery Housing Association to procure their responsive repairs, voids and cyclical contracts. The process commenced with an initial stakeholder workshop in early July and the new contacts will go live in April 2010.
Gloucester City Homes - June 2009

echelon are happy to announce that they have been engaged by Gloucester City Homes to support the procurement of their responsive repairs, emergency out of hours and voids contract. The contract will start on site in April 2010. We are looking forward to working with GCH and their dedicated procurement core group which consists of all stakeholder representatives to deliver a successful procurement and mobilisation.

Following an unfortunate high speed crash at Brands Hatch, Vince Williams has decided to retire as a rider. We are pleased to announce the appointment of Lee Reveley as our new number 2 rider.

AMIP AGM - May 2009

A highly successful AGM was held at the new community centre of Hillside Housing Trust in London and was attended by all members and several guests. 88% of club data has now been entered and Deborah Ilott from the TSA gave a presentation to the group on their role and commented on the effectiveness of AMIP in communicating with Residents.

The National Housing Federation have selected echelon and Anthony Collins Solicitors to jointly develop a Guide to Managing Maintenance Contracts for the Social Housing Sector. Aaron John, Director of echelon is quoted as saying “we are delighted to have been selected by the NHF and we look forward to working with Anthony Collins on this exciting project.”
Crawley Homes - Repairs Procurement - March 2009

Following a successful mobilisation of the Decent Homes and Gas contracts, echelon have been selected to assist Crawley Homes in the procurement of their responsive repairs service with a go live date of April 2010.

echelon Consultancy have been appointed to undertake a detailed stock condition survey by Fry Housing Trust to inform their 5/30 year business plan. This builds on a similar successful project completed for Accord Housing Asociation.
Castle Vale - March 2009

echelon has been engaged by Castle Vale Community Housing Association to undertake a review of their cleaning and grounds maintenance services involving all stakeholders and the current contractors delivering the service.
This review will take place over a 3 to 6 month period with the main aim to work with all stakeholders to improve the service and benchmark the service with others in the Birmingham and Midlands area.
