British Super Bikes – October 2008

The echelon team enjoyed the final round of this Year’s British Superbike Championship at Brands Hatch which included meeting Airwaves Ducati rider Leon Camier. We were blessed with a weekend of glorious sunshine for the 2nd year running and look foward to next years event.

Pamela has a wealth of experience working in the Social Housing Sector having previously been Customer Relations Co-Ordinator for a National Contractor.
echelon Racing - New Era Championship - October 2008

The weekend of 18th/19th October 2008 saw the final round of the New Era Championship with echelon’s rider going into the weekend with a 19 point lead. The first three races of the weekend saw Gary’s closest competitor John Simpson overtake this margin meaning that Gary had to win the final race to secure the Championship. Arguably, the best race of the season saw Gary secure the win he needed to become the 2008 Champion at the same time clocking the fastest lap of the weekend. This caps an amazingly successful year for the team which included Vince Williams securing 5th place.
Raglan Housing Association - September 2008

The new integrated Asset Management Partnership has now been operational and the first formal review of performance took place on Tuesday 16th September and all parties report high levels of satisfaction of the new service. One of the key aspirations of the project was for all operatives to use handheld technology and this is now fully operational.

EPHA’s Audit inspection was published on 11th September 2008 and we would like to congratulate the organisation on achieving a 3* rating with the Audit Commission, becoming only the 4th RSL in the Country to achieve such a rating. Of particular note, is the fact that the Commission have cited the Matrix Housing Partnership procurement model (of which Rooftop are founder members) as an example of ‘Postive Practice’. Raglan Housing Association Update – July 2008

The Raglan Integrated Asset Management project successfully went live with Ian Williams and Connaught on 2nd June 2008 following a mobilisation period support by echelon.
Martin Baker of Connaught quoted as follows:- "We are pleased to be finally delivering services to Raglan customers on this ground breaking contract. The mobilisation process has put firm foundations in place for a successful contract and we look forward to working with Raglan and their customers over the next fifteen years".

echelon’s racing team attended the first race of the season at Mallory Park on Sunday 30th March 2008. Our new rider, Gary Smith, finished 2nd, 4th and 2nd and Vince Williams who returned to racing after injury, finished 7th & 13th.

Watford Community Housing Trust – Feb 2008 Update

The Procurement Process at the Trust is nearing completion following an exhaustive selection process that has had a very high level of resident involvement estimated at over 900 hours of resident input and 4000 miles travelling to various site visits. Residents have the majority vote in all stages of the selection process. A formal award notice will be made in early March.
