Following the successful procurement, mobilisation and delivery of the electrical services contract for Coastline Housing Ltd, echelon have been engaged to support the conversion of the contract to a target cost open book model.
This will involve working closely with both CHL and their Contractor, Blue Flame, in developing a bespoke model.
