We have been working with several Clients to manage interim solutions for service delivery following the demise of Connaught Partnerships. This has included negotiating short term agreements with Lovell Respond and we are also advising organisations on their long term solutions including the option to bring services in house. The failure of Connaught has brought to the fore the importance of good procurement and prudent financial analysis of commercial bids.
