echelon has been engaged to undertake a review of the services at United Welsh and to provide a procurement solution for key services in the future.
This review included stakeholder meetings to ensure that any strategy not only met united Welsh requirements for procurement but also embraced the culture of the organisation and desire to encourage local labour and the use of social enterprises where possible.
