    Nicky Hastie - Office Manager

    Prior to joining echelon as Office Manager, Nicky has had over 7 years experience working for a Registered Social Landlord and also 4 years working in the Finance Industry. As such, as well as providing the backbone of the company Nicky is also able to contribute at project level and has directly supported the development of several projects.

    Key Skills

    Nicky is renowned within echelon for her organisational skills (anyone who can organise Mathew is clearly gifted!). As a developing company, Nicky has assisted in ensuring the back office systems have been developed to support the ongoing sustainable expansion of the business. This has included development of the website, back-office IT systems and several bespoke databases.


    echelon Role

    Nicky is responsible for the running of the echelon office in Welwyn Garden City. This includes managing the company’s IT systems, co-ordinating diaries, arranging meetings and seminars and managing the survey appointments system.

    Nicky also provides administrative support to the consultant team, including co-facilitation of workshops. This process allows us to commit to issuing workshop reports within 48 hours of the event.

    Nicky ‘enjoys’ attending the gym, swimming, theatre and comedy clubs. Nicky enjoys the finer things in life, such as great holidays.
