The Borough of Hinckley and Bosworth (H&BBC) is situated in the South West of Leicestershire, covering an area of 300 square kilometres with a population of over 100,000 Residents. The Borough manages over 3400 properties spread over the main town and several villages.

Paradigm Housing Group
Paradigm Housing Group was established in April 1999 and provides a wide range of housing and support services throughout the South East, East Midlands and London. In October 2005, Connaught Partnerships Ltd were selected as Paradigm's preferred partner supplying an integrated asset management service which includes planned kitchen and bathroom replacement works.
Housing stock data, compiled by a private surveying consultancy was initially used to build up a budget forecast for the planned works.

Working with the Connaught and Paradigm Housing staff, echelon provided the expertise which enabled the current stock condition data to be assessed, cleansed and data gaps identified. Following this process a programme of works was produced which will ensure decent homes compliance by 2010. number of programmes were also developed to deliver on going planned maintenance to the Paradigm housing stock.
echelon worked with the existing data to drive efficiency through these programmes by grouping work types. The support, advice and experience provided by echelon was precisely what was needed and gave us and the client the confidence that efficiencies could be delivered through better planning.
