Interim Management
All the Consultants within echelon have had direct experience of managing both Client services and/or direct Contractor experience.
echelon are able to offer interim management support across the whole range of Asset Management services and have provided interim support in the following areas:-
- Asset Manager
- DLO Manager
- Cost Consultant
- Project Manager
- Planned Maintenance Manager
As with all other services offered by echelon, our rates are highly competitive and we are able to offer bespoke rates for long term placements. For example, whilst providing an Interim DLO Manager at South Cambridgeshire District Council, we placed 10% of our fee at risk against a 6 month delivery plan, demonstrating our commitment to delivering a high level service.
On completion of the project, South Cambridgeshire District Council confirmed that we had exceeded the agreed targets and the 10% retention was paid in full.
