In response to this, echelon has developed a bespoke approach to undertaking a comprehensive review of any existing partnership under our ‘Partnering Healthcheck’.

This process includes the following stages:-

• Initial scoping with Client and Contractor team.
• One to one interviews with key stakeholders.
• Assessment of performance management data including structured benchmarking.
• Review of our project is being delivered against objectives.
• Feedback report of outcomes.
• Development of implementation of detailed action plan with prescribed tasks.
