Resident Participation and RLO Processes
echelon are renowned for involving customers in all aspects of the services they provide with a particular emphasis on end to end involvement in the Procurement Implementation and delivery of Asset Management related projects.
As well as being affiliates of TPAS Compass, we also offer a range of services to encourage and support resident participation, including the following:-
- Resident Training.
- Supporting resident focus groups.
- Preparation of resident training manuals.
- Providing access to all aspects of training.
We have successfully trained and supported resident groups on numerous projects and continue to provide ongoing support to ensure resident participation is maximised.
In addition, we have developed a standard approach to developing resident handbooks and resident liaison processes for the delivery of all construction and maintenance services. Using proven techniques, we are able to create bespoke solutions for clients based around best practice.
We have also developed specific processes for Decent Homes, Responsive Repairs, Void Management and Gas Servicing and integrated Asset Management projects.
