    Performance Management and KPI Implementation

    Successful Performance Management is at the core of delivering successful projects. The development of bespoke KPI’s to suit the needs of the project is a key aspect of echelon’s business philosophy.

    To date, we have developed KPI handbooks and processes for in excess of 70 projects including Integrated Asset Management, Highways, Environment and Waste, Responsive Repairs, Voids, Decent Homes and pretty much every service a Social Housing provider provides!

    The key to our success in developing Performance Management models is to ensure that all stakeholders involved in the delivery of the project are fully engaged in the development and subsequent management of performance data with an emphasis on only measuring what is important to the project.

    It is important to emphasise that KPI’s are there to measure the performance of the project as a whole, rather than being used as a weapon between Client and Contractor and as such a holistic approach to Performance Management is adopted. 

    echelon continues to provide training to the Industry on successful implementation of project KPI’s and have spoken at in excess of 20 KPI Masterclasses organised by Constructing Excellence ‘www.constructingexcellence.org.uk’
