Partnering Implementation
Partnering has now been prevalent in the Social Housing Sector for nearly 10 years and echelon have been at the forefront of developing some of the highest profile Partnering Projects in the Country.
There is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to Partnering and we have developed a Partnering tool kit that provides a standardised process, but delivers a bespoke solution. The key to successful Partnering is to ensure early engagement of ALL stakeholders in the process and to capture and deliver mutual objectives.
This process includes a focus on a Hearts & Minds approach to bring all the stakeholders together at the earliest opportunity and to ensure that the Partnering project has a clearly defined timetable through its various stages.
The Audit Commission KLOE’s have described a method by which an organisation can measure its progress towards true Partnering, but many organisations fail to measure the success or failure of the Partnership until it is too late.
Our Key Performance Indicators Handbook, although bespoke to each Client, contains many of the industry approved indicators. Our handbook provides a guided tour on the completion of individual performance indicators and offers an understanding of why we collect them and what they are used for.
By continually measuring the process through the KPI framework, our Clients can demonstrate to the Audit Commission and Housing Corporation best practice and continual improvement.
