As an organisation involved almost solely in Social Housing, we are fully aware of the importance of ensuring our Clients can demonstrate that they are delivering highly effective and efficient services.
An effective way of assisting Clients in achieving this aspiration is through a structured review process of their service areas. We adopt a unique approach to undertaking these reviews that concentrates on full stakeholder involvement in the process to ensure that we are looking from within to challenge the way in which the service is delivered.
To date, we have undertaken reviews on the following service areas:-
- Decent Homes Contracts
- Environmental & Waste Services
- Gas & Solid Fuel Servicing Contracts
- Planned & Cyclical Decorating Contracts
- Responsive Repairs
- Neighbourhood Management & Improvements
The process also ensures that all the areas of the relevant Audit Commission Key Line of Enquiry (KLOE) are measured as well as ensuring all internal drivers are being delivered. Where areas for improvement are identified, we develop task specific action plans to enable the Client to evolve.
We have also recently undertaken extensive service reviews on services that had been previously outsourced identifying a six figure saving to the Client by bringing the service back in-house.
