Clive has substantial knowledge of PPPs and the success factors in their commercial development. This includes taking a strategic overview of the project’s development based on a deep understanding of the commercial drivers.
echelon Role
Clive will be providing strategic support to many of echelon’s existing Clients as well as taking a lead role in developing new models of procurement and integrated supply chain management.
Outside echelon
Clive is active in youth football through his son’s team Lemsford Leopards FC. He writes up their press reports when they do well – he hopes to be very busy next season.
He also likes the unpredictable, which is just as well as he is a long-suffering supporter of West Ham United – come on you Irons!
He is a keen gardener which adds to his interest in sustainability issues. Unfortunately he has been forced to prematurely retire from squash, tennis and off-road biking.
