Jessica Gilkes - Consultant

Background

Jessica has been working in the Social Housing Sector for over two years following a 6 year career in the retail industry and a taster in the construction industry in between. During her time in the Social Housing sector she has been working for a National Contractor supporting their Business Development and also managing a team to implement the Customer Experience Programme. Amongst many duties she was responsible for Engaging Residents to ensure high levels of Resident Involvement, managing and reporting KPI’s, Customer and Client satisfaction and delivering an effective and efficient service.

Key Skills

In her two year career within the Social Housing sector Jessica has been a key member of the Business Development Team and has therefore been involved in understanding Clients needs and offering bespoke solutions that ensure value for money with upper quartile performance. This has been through building strong relationships with her Clients and never losing focus of the Client’s needs. Her key skills have been the passion to offer solutions with the attention to detail that Client’s need. She has also been a creative influence in supporting Client’s to achieve high levels of Resident Involvement.

echelon Role

Jessica joined echelon as a consultant and will lead and support on all aspects of the services echelon provides and will use her wealth of experience to ensure residents are engaged in all aspects of the process. Jessica will also lead echelons account management and business development strategy ensuring our clients are receiving the services as defined in our proposals and throughout the life of the project. Following the completion of the project Jessica will review the project to ensure that the services echelon provided are continuously improving and changing to meet the needs of our current and future customers. Jessica will also support Luke Driscoll in developing AMIP activities and encouraging new membership.

Outside of echelon

Jessica’s biggest passion has been to travel the world and she has visited a number of her ‘top 10’ destinations. Although there are still many on the list to visit!

Whilst at home she loves walking her two Labrador’s Bubba and Forest on an adventurous country walk.

Socialising with Friends and spending time with her family are a massive part of Jessica’s spare time. And every now and then she enjoys a spin in a fast car round a race track or skydiving over the beach!!
