Coastline Housing
Coastline own approximately 3,500 properties within the Kerrier District of Cornwall. These are a mixture of houses, flats and bungalows, some of which are specifically designed for older persons or for people with disabilities.
Coastline invited tenders for the provision of the annual servicing and maintenance of 2077 units with gas heating and 415 units with solid fuel. Blue Flame won the initial contract over a period of five years with an option to extend for up to a further five years (5+5).
