This one day event is for those interested in transforming process performance Using the fixit® simulation, the masterclass introduces participants to our operational excellence methodology and a selection of improvement tools and techniques including value stream mapping, waste elimination and data interpretation, enabling participants to identify opportunities, streamline flow and reduce cost within your organisation

Improvement analyst

This two day interactive course provides participants with the process analysis tools to start immediately improving their own process performance. Facilitated around the fixit® simulation, the course takes participants on the journey toward operational excellence, developing the skills and competencies required to deliver real improvement in their own processes

Improvement facilitator

This four day course provides participants with the improvement analyst toolkit whilst developing their unique facilitation style, giving them the skills and confidence to facilitate their own rapid improvement workshops. Wholly delivered around the fixit® simulation, participants uncover and experience both the process and behavioural issues they are likely to face when facilitating their own workshops, enabling them to develop practical strategies to overcome each.

Bespoke training

Processfix create action–learning training courses specifically tailored to your needs.Our unique modular toolkit enables rapid construction of each bespoke training course, ensuring only those tools that are required are taught. This accelerates participants’ development whilst minimising time spent in the classroom, meaning your team can quickly start applying their skills in the work place. With no lecturing and no powerpoint, our training is delivered around the acclaimed fixit® simulation making learning accessible, meaningful and fun.

Workshop materials

By registering for the Opex Toolkit you have access to all of the workshop materials that you need to help you continually improve your processes.

Anyone who has run an improvement workshop will know that the time and effort required to plan and prepare such events can be onerous.

The workshop materials can be downloaded and you can send them directly to your printers or print the materials yourselves.

The materials available are used by echelonprocessfix facilitators and have been developed over time to enhance the improvement journey.

Process improvement does not stop, the downloadable materials allow you to utilise the skills learnt to continually improve your processes utilising the workshop materials you have used with an echelonprocessfix facilitator. .
