AMIP - Best Practice Club

AMIP. AMIP

The Asset Management Improvement Partnership (amip) has been established to share Best Practice and actively benchmark the performance of our club members against our own KPIs.

The development of amip was instigated by Metropolitan Housing Partnership who approached echelon consultancy to explore the opportunity of developing a group of Client organisations to form a Best Practice Club that would benchmark their performance against a series of user-defined performance indicators on all aspects of Asset Management. The club currently represents 200,000 units with annual expenditure of circa £324m.

From the outset of the development of amip, it was agreed that the primary purpose of the group would be the sharing of Best Practice based around the ability to benchmark, rather than benchmarking being the key driver.
