echelon was formed by Mathew Baxter in early 2005 to respond to the development of long term partnering arrangements within the Social Housing sector. Through an emphasis on delivering exceptional service to our customers, the business has grown rapidly to become a market leader in the various services it offers the sector.
We pride ourselves in the fact that we have secured repeat business from every Client we have worked with and through the development of a series of standard ‘tools’ have been able to develop bespoke solutions to deliver our Clients aspirations.
On the 14th May 2008 following a demanding evaluation process, echelon were awarded the Housing excellence awards - contractor of the Year 2008.

Key Projects
echelon are currently procuring a dynamic partnering contract on behalf of Matrix Housing Partnership. Matrix is a partnership between 5 leading RSL’s in the Midlands who are jointly procuring all of their Asset Management services through a single procurement exercise.
This will include high levels of IT Integration between the successful contractor(s) and Matrix and the provision of a ‘one stop shop’ approach.
